One Week Create a Play  

This Course is a fun filled workshop that lasts the course of the week.  As a group we analyze play structure and form, and then workshop ideas to create our own play.  We will work on a devised script, with music and movement and perform it to friends and family at the end of the week.  This course will run from the 4th-8th of August between 2-5 everyday.  The performance will be at 6pm on the 8th.

Places are limited to 20. 

Age group 10-14          

The Tempest for Tots

This is a week long course for our younger Drama Place Students.  We are looking at working with drama and education, to bring Shakespeare to a young age group in a fun way.  We will focus on the wonderful Shakespeare play The Tempest, and use music and movement to show a very (very) basic portrayal of the story.  At the end of the course parents and family are welcome to watch as part of our audience.  This course will run from the 11th-15th of August from 2pm-3pm each day.  The performance will be on the 15th of August at 3.30pm.

Age group 3-7

Acting for Television

This is a three day course we are offering over the summer.  Dates are to be confirmed but it will be on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.    This course will be exactly like our mainstream Acting for Television Courses which we run throughout the year.  Please se this page for more details.  Class times will be from 2-6 on the first and third day, and from 10-6 on the middle day due to filming.
